The American Peace Network (APN) is an educational organization dedicated to promoting human progress and survival by correcting the worldwide condition of political mismanagement and downsizing the excessive military institutions.

Effective the year 2000 the name of the American Peace Network was changed to Human Progress Network. This more inclusive name was selected to reinforce the goals that lead to the establishment of the American Peace Network.
